How does a project start?
You send us a short brief. We reply within one business day to set up a free discovery call, then follow up with a clear scope, timeline and quote.
How long will my project take?
It depends on scope. A focused website is usually a matter of weeks, and a full product MVP takes longer. We give you a firm estimate after the discovery call, never a vague guess.
Who will I be working with?
The founders and designers of Galavix, directly. There are no account managers in between, so questions get answered by the people doing the work.
How does pricing work?
We quote based on a defined scope after discovery, so there are no surprises. Early clients also qualify for founding-client pricing. Tell us your budget range in the brief and we will be upfront about what is realistic.
Will I own the code and design?
Yes. What we build for you is yours.
Do you support projects after launch?
Yes. We can maintain, improve and extend your product as your needs change.
Are you experienced enough to trust?
We are a young company, and we won’t pretend otherwise. What we can show is real work: a browser on three platforms, a live chat app, an AI store, an offline AI app for Android and an open-source package on PyPI and npm, all of which you can open and judge for yourself.
